Abstract

Background. Modern trends of Informatization of society have a natural impact on the automation of decision-making processes. One of the most effective methods of support remains simulation modeling of management processes in the organization. The purpose of this article is consideration of features of formation of information support system for conducting these studies at different stages of development of society, as well as future directions for the improvement of this approach.
Materials and methods. When writing the article we used the methods of empirical research and General logical methods and techniques of research. Allocated and describes the characteristics of the simulation at different chronological stages, a comparative analysis of generations of simulation tools.
Results. The article reveals the concept, the study of the stages in the formation of technologies of simulation, described their own development of the author in this direction, the main directions of development and prospects.
Conclusions. The use of simulation methods inmanagement can significantly improve the efficiency of management of organizations and to identify the most promising directions of its development.
